MOMO CAFÉ LAUNCHES A NEW MENU WHERE GLOBAL FAVORITES MEET TRULY THAI CLASSICS

Bangkok, Thailand – August 2026 – Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok introduces a new culinary chapter at MoMo Café with the launch of a refreshed all-day dining menu where Global Favorites meet Truly Thai Classics. Led by newly appointed Executive Chef Jack, Ukrit Sangprapai, the new menu reflects evolving guest preferences through quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and familiar flavors designed to bring people together.

Created for every dining occasion, the menu pairs internationally loved comfort dishes with iconic Thai specialties, offering a welcoming dining experience for business lunches, family gatherings, and relaxed dinners alike.

Executive Chef Jack, Ukrit Sangprapai brings more than 23 years of culinary experience in Thai and European cuisine, guiding the restaurant's new culinary direction with a philosophy centered on authenticity, craftsmanship, and memorable dining.

"I believe great food should carry its own character—a true reflection of the chef behind every plate. A recipe has no soul; you, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe," said Chef Jack.

Among the new menu highlights are the Chicken Parmigiana Board, High Protein Breakfast Bowl, Massaman Beef Short Rib, Fish Maw Soup with Crab Meat, The MoMo Burger—five signature dishes that celebrate globally loved favorites alongside authentic Thai classics, all thoughtfully prepared using premium ingredients.

Reflecting Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok's commitment to responsible hospitality, MoMo Café also introduces newly designed menu covers crafted from recycled plastic materials, reinforcing the hotel's ongoing sustainability journey through thoughtful guest experiences.

นำทัพโดยเชฟใหญ่คนใหม่ เชฟแจ็ค อุกฤษฏ์ แสงประไพ เมนูใหม่นี้สะท้อนถึงความต้องการของแขกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามยุคสมัย ผ่านวัตถุดิบคุณภาพ สูตรต้นตำรับแท้ และรสชาติคุ้นเคยที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อเชื่อมโยงผู้คนเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน
