Thanksgiving is back on the menu at Ginger

Bangkok, Thailand: Ginger, Holiday Inn Bangkok’s inviting all-day-dining venue, is pleased to once again be hosting its fabulous Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner on 26 November 2026. Quintessentially an American holiday and a time to re-charge, re-connect and look ahead, it’s a great reason to celebrate life, love and laughter with family and friends.

The annual Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner has something for every taste. Thai, Mediterranean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Middle Eastern favourites bring flavours from far and wide to the table. And fresh from the ocean comes a selection of seafood on ice that includes varieties of crab, mussels and oysters. A choice of succulent sushi and sashimi offerings also make fine opening options prior to popular à la carte Thai and Western mains dishes, and no Thanksgiving would be complete without traditional roasted turkey with all the trimmings served hot from the carving station. Also excellent are made-to-order offerings from live pasta, noodle and BBQ stations, plus a range of delicious hand-made dim sum and boutique salads.

It would be easy to over-do the myriad of culinary attractions on the buffet but room should be left for one of the great Thai or international confections on the dessert menu. Just try keeping youngsters away from the ice cream station!

Available at Ginger on 26 November 2026 from 18.00 to 22.30 hours, price at THB 899++ per person. Children 6 to 12 years old receive 50% off the normal price. Children aged 5 years and under dine free when accompanied by a paying adult.
