InterContinental Bangkok serves up 2026 Easter Sensations

Bangkok, Thailand: The celebration of Easter and new beginnings has never tasted to good at InterContinental Bangkok where the hotel’s Butter and Espresso outlets are laying on sweet and savoury seasonal treats to delight the young and old. Chocolate goodies, sweet bakery confections and a simply stunning culinary selection at the Easter Sunday Brunch put seasonal smiles on the faces of family, friends and colleagues.

At Butter delights range from traditional Hot cross Chocolate Buns and a trio of ‘eggstraordinary’ Thai-inspired sweet chocolate creations to Easter Butter Cookies and Chocolate Bunny Eggs designed to be cracked and shared. Also available is a range of delicious pastries and traditional pound cakes. Enjoyed as accompaniments to a celebratory afternoon tea or given as fabulous Easter gifts, the sweet bakery treats are available daily between 08.00 – 19.00 hours from 27 March to 5 April 2026.

Meanwhile, at Espresso the Easter Sunday Brunch menu is packed with a staggering choice of culinary options, including fresh oysters, caviar and seafood on ice; cold cuts, cheeses, salads and soups; myriad favourite Thai dishes; Middle Eastern and Indian specialties; classic Chinese BBQ and dim sum; and superb Japanese sushi and tempura. As if that weren’t enough, guests can also enjoy made-to-order dishes and live pasta, pan-fried foie gras, carvery and noodle stations, while little ones take part in fun egg-painting activities. The brunch concludes with an elegant Sweet Easter finale, showcasing festive desserts such as Easter Simnel Cake, Hop Bunny Old-Fashioned Carrot Cake, Traditional Pastiera Pie, Salted Caramel and Hazelnut Banoffee Pie, crème brûlée served in an eggshell, Easter Egg Brownies, Bunny Muffins, Egg Tarts, an enchanting Easter Chocolate Garden, and classic Easter cross bread.

The Easter goodies are available at Butter from 27 March to 5 April 2026 from 08.00 to 19.00 hours. Prices start from THB 60 net. And the Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet is available on 5 April 2026 from 12.00 to 15.00 hours. Priced at THB 3,200++ per adult, THB 1,600++ per child aged 7 to 12 years old. Children 6 years and under dine free when accompanied by a paying adult.
